About The Brand
Wenya is an AI-powered scheduling and meeting coordination app designed to simplify booking across time zones. The brand needed a clear, modern identity that communicates professionalism, approachability, and tech-forward innovation while standing out in a crowded productivity market.
Goals

The primary goal of this project was to create a complete brand identity system and style guide for Wenya. Since Wenya is an AI-powered scheduling and meeting coordination app, it needed a visual identity that reflects its core values of clarity, professionalism, and approachability.

01 – Discovery & Research

Laid the groundwork by studying the industry, competitors, and Wenya’s unique value to define the brand’s core principles.
02 – Visual Exploration

Explored moodboards, logo concepts, color palettes, and typography to capture Wenya’s modern, approachable, and tech-forward personality.
03 – Brand Identity & Style Guide

Refined the chosen direction into a complete identity system — logo, colors, typography, and supporting visuals — and documented everything in a structured style guide.
04 - Mockups & Applications

Designed realistic mockups to show the brand in real life.

Working on Wenya was about more than shaping visuals — it was about translating the idea of effortless time coordination into a design language.


I wanted every element, from the logo to the color system, to carry a sense of clarity, trust, and flow. The style guide became the backbone, ensuring Wenya’s identity could grow with the product and remain consistent across every touchpoint.
